We usually ship within 1-5 days, unless it is a weekend or a holiday. Please reach out should you have questions or concerns before ordering. It is always easier to accommodate requests when they are discussed beforehand.

We will cancel your order if we do not think there is a reasonable expectation that a shipment can be successfully delivered to its recipient. If a shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) designates your delivery address as being "Unverified" or "Unconfirmed" we will automatically cancel your order.
Please note that checking out with APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY, PAYPAL, or OTHER PAY SERVICES will override any address attached to your account.

We do not do backorders. We either have it or we don't. We will contact you in the event that we are out of something and will arrange for a replacement or refund.

We typically refund shipping overages of a dollar or more. In the event that we somehow fail to do so, kindly request an overage refund and we will be happy to process that for you.
Conversely, we will absorb any additional amount that it costsโabove and beyond what you were originally chargedโshould the actual shipping cost be more than what you paid, e.g., we include bonus items in your order, or opt for Priority Shipping, additional insurance, or other upgraded services. Otherwise, upgraded shipping is not provided unless paid for with your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate express or overnight shipping requests.

Every order we process has a tracking number that is supplied to you, via email, at the time the shipping label is created. We ask that you closely track the progress of your shipment so that it may be quickly collectedโwhen it arrivesโand so that the contents do not suffer prolonged exposure to heat or cold when delivered to non-climate-controlled areas, such as your front porch or a community mailbox. Of course, your mindfulness in this regard also aids in the prevention of theft.

Every return, refund, or reshipment is handled on a case-by-case basis. Your best course of action is always to reach out and let us know what is going on. We can work through it, together, from there.

Due to the spiritual nature of our business, we do not typically accept returns.ย
One of the few exceptions to this "No Return" policy would be if you received the shipment and then immediately returned the shipment UNOPENED. For example, you marked the shipment as "REFUSED" and then dropped it off at the post office for return to us. In this case, upon receiving and inspecting the shipment contents, we will refund what we are able (assuming no damage), and excluding the cost of shipping.
The other exceptions would be in the cases of A) receiving the original "lost" order after it has been replaced by a reshipment, B) you have received a shipment in error, or C) an item you received is somehow physically defective.

In the event that you are somehow unhappy with a shipment you have received, the best course of action is to let us know, immediately. Any concerns or issues you may have will need to be addressed within three (3) days of the recorded delivery date of said shipment.
In the event that we somehow make a mistake with your order, we will absolutely make that right for you. Simply let us know and allow us the opportunity to do so.
Should your shipment arrive damaged, clear and detailed photos will be required to obtain a refund/replacement or other remedy. Photos will allow us to recoup any loss and are a standard and reasonable request. Photos of oil bottles will need to be taken out of the plastic baggie and will need to display both the front and the back of the bottle. Photos of damaged packages will need to include the shipping label.
Every return, refund, or reshipment is handled on a case-by-case basis. Your assistance in the process is REQUIRED. You have to be willing to meet us halfway, which means reaching out to us in a timely manner, providing detailed pictures when requested, and responding to communications, as needed. Really, we're not asking a whole lot: just help us make the process as easy as possible for all involved.

We will not be responsible for misaddressed or stolen shipments.
Shipments that are misaddressed by the Buyer become the sole responsibility of the Buyer. We will not cover the cost to replace an order that does not arrive because the correct address was not provided at checkout. You, as the Buyer, have a number of options as to how to proceed: A) You can repurchase with the cost of shipping, B) contact the shipping carrier to help in recovering and redirecting the shipment, where possible, and/or C) wait to see if the misaddressed shipment eventually ends up with you or us. If your misaddressed shipment is returned to us, a refund will be processed based on the condition of the products that are received; shipping will not be refunded. Alternately, you can pay the shipping to have the returned package sent to the correct address. In the event that we receive your shipment, we will let you know. Please be aware that there may be a refund window, depending on payment circumstances. However, we can always reship it once the cost of doing so has been covered by you.
A shipment will be considered "stolen" if the package shows "delivered" to the correct address (confirmed via GPS coordinates) but is not received, or is delivered and the product is missing. We do not cover the replacement of stolen shipments. You are welcome to reorder. We suggest that an alternate, more secure address be utilized for the new shipment, instead of shipping to the same, possibly compromised, address.
In the event that we consider your shipment to be "lost in transit," we will remake and resend your order, free of charge. We will then provide you with a return shipping label for use in the event that the original shipment does eventually show up. This will be done with the mutual understanding and agreement that you will return the original shipment when and if it is received.
In the event that a reorder/reshipment is processed, the recipient may be required to "sign for" the replacement to document delivery.

We reuse packing materials when we are able. Please let us know, before your order is prepared for shipping, if you require "all new" packing materials.

In addition, you may not sell said products as your own, with or without the original labeling, nor may you make changes to our products and then resell them.
